Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid State Drivers' License.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff providing residential and recreation services for all students.
• Ensure programs and standards meet all DOL, PRH, Center, and corporate requirements.
• Supervise the recreation manager/supervisor and residential supervisors.
• Conduct applicant interviews, trainings, staff meetings, supervisor meetings, student meetings, evaluations, and individual coaching sessions.
• Ensure required training, evaluations, and final documentation are completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with the wellness department on student medical and mental health processes.
• Maintain continuous, documented communication about critical student information across shifts and program staff.
• Enforce organization, cleanliness, and sanitation through regular inspections and accountability documentation.
• Encourage staff engagement, monitoring, and mentoring of students.
• Develop leadership programs and student leadership opportunities, training, development, and incentives.
• Maintain student accountability through room and area checks, student checks, nightly reports, and daily reports to the student records office.
• Perform other duties within the individual's scope and capabilities.
