Job summary

Juicebox is seeking a Social & Creators Lead to scale our presence across social and creator channels from San Francisco. You will own our social strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and beyond, partnering with influencers to drive new business and deepen engagement with existing customers.

You'll work with the marketing team, agencies, and creators to grow reach, shape a distinct brand voice, and move quickly to publish content in near real-time, turning social into a major growth

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media, content, or influencer marketing.
• Ability to create original social content, including video (nice to have).
• Strong sense of brand voice and content resonance.
• Experience working with external partners and agencies while maintaining voice.
• Ownership mentality and comfort with ambiguity.
• Creative and strategic instincts; external partners can execute.

About the Role

We're hiring a Social & Creators Lead to scale Juicebox's presence across social and creator channels.

This role owns our social channels—LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and beyond—along with our influencer and creator partnerships. You'll shape how prospects and customers discover Juicebox outside the product, with the goal of driving both new business and deeper engagement from our existing customers.

You’ll work closely with other members on the marketing team (Events Lead, PMM), external agencies, and influencers to grow our reach and build a distinct brand voice on social.

You Will…

• Own Juicebox's social strategy and execution across all channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
• Build and manage influencer and creator partnerships, from identifying targets to running full campaigns and creator programs
• Work closely with our executives and leadership team to drive thought leadership content on LinkedIn
• Design promotions and giveaways that incentivize customers to create and share content about Juicebox
• Manage and edit work from external agencies and contributors
• Identify new opportunities and channels to grow our social presence
• Move quickly — ship content in near real-time rather than waiting on long production cycles
• Help make social and influencer marketing a major growth channel for Juicebox

You Have…

• 2+ years of experience, ideally in social media, content, or influencer marketing
• Comfortable creating original social content yourself, including video (nice to have)
• A strong sense of brand voice and what makes content resonate
• Ability to work with external partners and agencies while maintaining a consistent voice
• Strong ownership mentality and comfort operating in ambiguity
• Bonus: strong creative and strategic instincts, even if content production isn't your core strength — we can lean on external partners for execution
