Slingshot AI is hiring a six-month full-time content creator to produce and publish short-form videos across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You will appear on camera, craft scripts, and develop hooks that resonate with audiences seeking mental health support.

You will work with our creative, growth, and clinical teams to ensure a single, trusted voice while rapidly testing formats and angles to reach real people at scale.

Qualifications

• You are studying, or have recently finished, a degree in psychology, neuroscience, counselling, or psychotherapy.
• You have built an account of your own and can explain what you learned.
• You are comfortable on camera and with mental health topics.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish short form content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Appear on camera and produce UGC style videos for organic content and paid ads.
• Manage a set of social accounts: plan, post, and analyze performance.
• Develop hooks, scripts, and visuals to attract new followers.
• Translate psychology knowledge into relatable content.
• Review comments and community feedback to guide content ideas.
• Analyze what works and iterate with the growth team.
• Monitor trends and adapt formats to testing cycles.
• Collaborate with design, growth, and clinical to keep a consistent voice.
