M Booth is a culture-first communications agency in New York. We have an immediate opportunity for a Social Copywriter to join our Creative team.

You will concept, write and execute social content across platforms, including 360 campaigns, ads and PR activations, while presenting work to internal teams and clients. Qualifications include 3–5 years of experience, knowledge of social media best practices across platforms, and the ability to manage time to meet deadlines.

  • 3–5 years of experience in social copywriting or related role.
  • Strong understanding of best practices across major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail oriented with strong written and edit-ready skills.
  • Working knowledge of AI integration into writing workflows is a plus and candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Position Overview:

Concept, write and execute social content across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, FB, etc.)
Concepting and writing 360 campaigns

In this role, you will work with our highly collaborative team of strategists, designers, art directors and CDs to co-create concepts and meet client demands.

Day-to-day activities:

  • Ideate, write and execute social content across platforms (Meta, Tiktok, etc)
  • Write headlines, copy and captions for content, brand comments and ads
  • Present your work to internal teams and external clients
  • Manage your day to meet strict deadlines, and prioritize requests
  • Work in close collaboration with a team of creatives and strategists, including brainstorming and working through feedback

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Knowledge of social media best practices across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc)
  • Knowledge of social media trends
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to meet internal and external deadlines
  • Detail oriented
  • Working knowledge of AI integration into writing workflows is a plus

Our Flexible Work Policy:

We believe that our best work happens in a hybrid working environment. We are looking for candidates in NYC (or commutable surrounding distance) hub. We want to see you in person 2 days a week. That could mean in our office or at a content shoot.
