• Proficiency in Figma.

• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills and file management.
• Experience supporting creative or production teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in social media trends and industry best practices.
• Experience presenting work and articulating design goals to peers and leaders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of creative workflows, asset management, and modern workflow tools such as Figma and AI-enabled creative tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Brand Creative teams with design concepts and production across high-volume campaign creative and social-first content.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure creative intent, brand consistency, and production quality from concept through final delivery.
• Translate campaign creative into channel-ready social content using pre-built Figma templates and established production workflows.
• Stay current with emerging social platforms, tools, and technologies to inform content strategy and execution.
• Manage objectives, revisions, and file organization to ensure efficient, scalable execution across multiple projects.
• Assist in producing, formatting, and preparing assets for social, digital, and cross-channel distribution, maintaining design quality.
• Facilitate execution and clear communication between creative and project leads and production partners to keep work aligned and delivered at scale.
