• Proficiency in Figma

• Strong understanding of social platform requirements and digital production best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills and file management.
• Experience supporting creative or production teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in social media trends and industry best practices.
• Experience presenting work/articulating design goals to peers and leaders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of creative workflows, asset management and file organization; tools like Figma and AI-enabled solutions.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Brand Creative teams with design concepts and production across high-volume campaign creative and social-first content.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure creative intent, brand consistency, and production quality from concept through delivery.
• Translate campaign creative into channel-ready social content using pre-built Figma templates and workflows.
• Manage objectives, revisions, and file organization for scalable execution across projects.
• Assist in producing, formatting, and preparing assets for social, digital, and cross-channel distribution to maintain design quality.
• Facilitate clear communication between creative and project leads and production partners to keep work on track and delivered at scale.
