Job summary

Faber-Castell USA is seeking a Social & Content Marketing Specialist to grow Creativity for Kids’ social presence with compelling content and consumer engagement. This contract-to-permanent role leads day-to-day social strategy, content planning, and partner management across brands and channels.

You will develop content plans, manage communities, track trends and translate insights into improved reach and engagement, supporting launches and brand priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media, content or consumer marketing.
• Experience with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging channels.
• Experience managing creators, agencies or external production partners.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies, defining audience, content pillars and engagement approach.
• Own social and editorial calendars and day-to-day channel management.
• Manage community engagement and identify opportunities to connect with consumers.
• Monitor trends and translate them into brand opportunities.
• Track performance and recommend improvements to content, reach and engagement.
• Develop content plans supporting product launches and brand priorities.
• Coordinate external content and production partners from brief to delivery.
• Create briefs for social, video, photography and creator content.
• Collaborate with Brand team to align content with marketing priorities.
