Job summary

Resilia is seeking a detail-oriented Content Manager, Social to oversee day-to-day social media operations across its key channels. You will manage the content calendar, scheduling, approvals, community engagement, and performance reporting to support growth.

You will lead daily execution across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, collaborating with content creators, a creative agency, and Soona creators to ensure timely, on-brand content. EST hours are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media channels for a brand, organization, or consumer-facing business.
• Experience managing content calendars, scheduling, publishing workflows, and approval processes.
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Strong community management skills and authentic brand voice.
• Experience coordinating content creators, agencies, and other partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the social media content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Coordinate content scheduling, deadlines, and approvals to ensure posts are published on time.
• Engage with the community and respond to comments authentically.
• Own end-to-end paid social boosting from setup to performance monitoring.
• Monitor channel performance and prepare regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with the Content Director, content creator, creative agency, and Soona creators.
