M Booth & Associates in New York is seeking a Designer/Social Media Creator to join our collaborative social content team. This role will design social-first content and assets, shoot and edit when needed, and contribute to campaigns across multiple brands.

You should have 1–5 years of experience, a bold portfolio, and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, social media trends, and motion design. This role supports hybrid work in our NYC office with deadlines and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of professional design experience
• A portfolio including bold social content and design in other media
• Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of social media best practices across platforms
• Expertise in social media and design trends
• Creative workflow best practices (file naming, organization)
• Motion design and illustration skills a plus
• Working knowledge of AI image generation and workflow integration
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
• Detail oriented

Responsibilities

• Ideate, shoot and/or design social content, ads and other assets.
• Find and present content design inspiration that informs your work
• Design for various media, primarily social content, but including websites, presentations and print
• Present your work to internal teams and external clients
• Manage your day to meet strict deadlines, and prioritize requests
• Work in close collaboration with a team of creatives and strategists, including brainstorming and feedback
• Work within brand guides and design systems
