You will shape See's Candies online presence by creating authentic, culturally relevant content that resonates on each platform. The ideal candidate is hands-on, comfortable on camera, and capable of conceiving, producing, and editing content quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or short-form video production.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and platform trends.
• Proficiency with mobile editing tools (CapCut, Canva) and social publishing platforms.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute social-first content creation for TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
• Concept, film, and edit short-form video content on an ongoing basis.
• Develop platform-native content that aligns with brand voice and current trends.
• Identify and act on emerging trends, formats, and cultural moments in real time.
• Lead weekly batch content production to maintain a consistent content pipeline.
• Support day-to-day management of social channels (posting, scheduling, publishing).
• Monitor and engage with audiences through comments and messages.
• Ensure consistent posting cadence to grow and maintain an active presence.
• Maintain organization of digital assets and content libraries.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content during shoots, events, campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to align with brand campaigns.
