Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in social/digital, solid writing, and familiarity with Canva/CapCut and lightweight editing. This hybrid role requires on-site SF Bay Area presence.

A coordinator supports the Manager, Social Strategyby executing day-to-day scheduling, publishing, community management, and campaign logistics across brand social channels. This role tracks trends, collects performance data, organizes assets, writes captions, and supports newsletter production and influencer event logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day scheduling and publishing across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Support community management, including monitoring and responding to comments and DMs in line with brand voice
• Track social and platform trends, flagging relevant opportunities to the Manager, Social Strategy
