Job summary

Jabil seeks a Lead Social Compliance Auditor to strengthen its USA social compliance program. The role provides regional leadership over audits, internal assessments, and risk management, partnering with Operations, EHS, and HR. Location options include Florence, KY; Memphis, TN; or St.

Petersburg, FL, with onsite expectations. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in social compliance, strong knowledge of RBA standards, and travel up to 40% across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, compliance, law, human resources, or a related field required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in social compliance, human rights due diligence, and/or audit program management.
• Strong working knowledge of the RBA Code of Conduct and RBA audit protocols; experience with multi-site manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks and apply them operationally.
• Ability to communicate complex requirements clearly.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to travel within the U.S. region approximately 25-40% to support audits, investigations, and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and conduct onsite social compliance audits and internal assessments of U.S. manufacturing sites.
• Apply recognized audit methodology and produce clear, evidence-based audit reports.
• Serve as regional subject matter expert for social compliance requirements and audit protocols.
• Manage audit findings through closure and assist with corrective actions with site leadership.
• Support and prepare sites for customer second-party and third-party audits; participate in negotiations.
• Maintain and analyze regional audit records to identify trends and risks.
• Initiate annual social compliance self-assessments and communicate outcomes.
• Deliver training and awareness materials to strengthen site preparedness.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to address findings and drive improvement.
• Act as regional point of contact for customer inquiries and external audits.
