Job summary

Backcountry’s brand marketing team is growing and needs hands-on support to scale influencer sourcing, campaign execution, and community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms. As the Social Commerce Intern, you will work directly alongside the brand marketing team to manage creator pipelines, coordinate product seeding, and help execute campaigns end to end.

Success means delivering reliable support that keeps campaigns on track and creator relationships moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Find and vet influencers and UGC creators on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
• Manage creator pipelines, content calendars, and product gifting/seeding lists.
• Assist with campaign execution from briefing through delivery and reporting.
• Support occasional paid social campaigns alongside organic efforts.
• Review creator content for FTC compliance, including proper disclosures and sponsored tags.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to community interactions, and contribute to light content creation.

Backcountry's creator and social commerce programs are growing, and the brand marketing team needs hands-on support to scale influencer sourcing, campaign execution, and community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.

As the Social Commerce Intern, you will work directly alongside the brand marketing team to manage creator pipelines, coordinate product seeding, and help execute campaigns end to end. Success in this internship means consistently delivering reliable support that keeps campaigns on track and creator relationships moving forward.
