Job summary

Inter Miami CF is seeking a Coordinator, Video Production to capture, edit, and deliver compelling video from start to finish. You will support game day, training, and events, bringing a fresh, edgy visual style to the Club’s content.

This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in filming, editing, and content creation while supporting team coverage across matches and live events. A Bachelor's degree is required, with 1–2 years of relevant experience and strong Adobe CC proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with a professional sports team is a plus.
• Experience shooting with cinema cameras and cinema lenses (Sony or Canon).
• Advanced use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) required.
• Experience producing short-form and long-form videos.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Capture and edit video for matchday, training, social, and events.
• Create video moodboards and manage full production workflow.
• Provide coverage of training sessions, matches, media days, and events.
• Assist with lighting and audio setups.
• Coordinate productions for digital platforms and manage videos in the CMS.
• Support collaboration with in-house and partner teams.
