Soccer Post is seeking a dedicated store manager to lead a community-focused soccer retail location in California. You will oversee sales, marketing, operations, people management, and product, while running the store as a small business with full P&L responsibility.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in retail management, proven team leadership of 5 or more staff, and a hands-on approach to delivering exceptional customer experiences and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail as a manager
• Experience leading teams of 5 or more
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G-Suite and POS systems
