Soccer Shots Part-Time Children's Soccer Coach for Morning Classes

Join us as a Part-Time Children's Soccer Coach for Morning Classes at Soccer Shots Franchising.

Position Overview: We are hiring youth soccer instructors for children aged 2-8 in West Lafayette/Lafayette. Soccer Shots is the leading children’s fitness franchise in the country, committed to positively impacting children through engaging soccer sessions.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging 30-minute soccer sessions to children in daycare, preschools, and community centers.
2. Maintain punctuality and keep accurate attendance records.
3. Communicate effectively with the Soccer Shots team and parents.
4. Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for children.

Qualifications:

• Responsible, professional, and enthusiastic about working with children.
• Experience with children aged 2-8 and some familiarity with soccer is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and access to a computer, printer, and internet.

Schedule & Compensation: Must be available for at least 3 full days per week (Monday-Friday), during mornings (8am-12pm) or afternoons/evenings. Starting pay is $17 per session (~$34/hr), with potential for increased pay and growth into salaried positions.

We seek long-term commitment for 3-4 seasons (9-12 months) or more, with growth opportunities.

Additional Information: Once scheduled, your sessions will be consistent each week. Flexibility in scheduling is available, but commitments are fixed once set.
