Job summary

Sofive Soccer Centers in Rancho Cucamonga is hiring a Sport Associate Soccer Referee to officiate in leagues and tournaments and provide exceptional service on the fields.

You will enforce rules, manage pace, and communicate with coaches and players, ensuring fair play and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma, referee certification preferred, and evening/weekend availability; compensation begins at $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of soccer rules and regulations.
• Ability to manage games and resolve conflicts.
• Strong communication with coaches, players and officials.
• Ability to make impartial decisions under pressure.
• Good record-keeping of scores and participation.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Certification as a referee through U.S. Soccer or related body preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend all scheduled games promptly and enforce game rules.
• Manage game pace to balance safety and competitiveness.
• Communicate clearly with coaches, players, and officials.
• Keep accurate records of game scores, fouls, and participation.
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Attend training sessions and certification courses as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
