Location: Madison, IL

Position Overview:

Our “Match Captains” are experts in rules and regulations, ensuring the TOCA Leagues experience is exceptional. They deliver fun, engaging experiences while promoting a safe and welcoming environment. A successful Match Captain is passionate about soccer, outgoing, an effective communicator, and energetic.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance Guest & Player Experience
• Uphold the culture and values of the TOCA brand
• Promote a fun, engaging, and welcoming league experience
• Maintain a positive attitude and effort
• Create high energy and excitement
• Communicate upcoming events and opportunities to players
• Host games and engage with players on the pitch
• Explain rules to ensure understanding
• Ensure game rules are followed
• Perform administrative functions: track game time, attendance, statistics, and inspect equipment

Qualifications & Experience:

• High school soccer playing experience
• Refereeing experience or league participation preferred
• USSF licensing preferred
