Job summary

Tahoe Truckee Unified School District is seeking a part-time Athletic Coach responsible for implementing an athletic team program. The coach will assist student-athletes in achieving high skill levels while promoting discipline and sportsmanship.

This position requires certifications such as CPR/First Aid and NIAA Training upon job offer. The season runs from August 3, 2026, to November 21, 2026. Interested applicants should contact personnel for more information.

Qualifications

• TB Test required upon job offer.
• Fingerprints/Livescan required upon job offer.
• CPR/First Aid Certification required upon job offer.
• First time coaches must complete in-person CPR Class.
• NIAA Concussion Training required upon job offer.
• NIAA Coaching Fundamentals required upon job offer.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for athletic team program implementation.
• Help student-athletes achieve high skill levels.
• Promote values of discipline and sportsmanship.

Purpose Statement:

The job of the Athletic Coach is done for the purpose/s of assuming full or shared responsibility for implementation of an athletic team program. To help participating student- athletes achieve a high level of skill, an appreciation for the values of discipline and sportsmanship. This position reports to Site Athletic Administrator and Site Athletic Director.
