Job summary

Tahoe Truckee Unified School District is seeking an Athletic Coach to support a school athletic program on a part-time basis. The role focuses on helping student-athletes develop skills, discipline, and sportsmanship, under the guidance of the Site Athletic Administrator and Site Athletic Director.

• TB test and background check required prior to start.
• Fingerprints/Livescan required prior to employment.
• CPR/First Aid Certification required before start.
• First Time Coaches must complete CPR class in person.
• NIAA Concussion Training required.
• NIAA Coaching Fundamentals required.

Purpose Statement:

The job of the Athletic Coach is done for the purpose/s of assuming full or shared responsibility for implementation of an athletic team program. To help participating student- athletes achieve a high level of skill, an appreciation for the values of discipline and sportsmanship. This position reports to Site Athletic Administrator and Site Athletic Director.
