Job summary

Wilmette Park District is seeking a Soccer Field Supervisor to monitor fields during practices and games and to assist with setup and takedown of equipment. The role emphasizes safety, communication with coaches, parents and players, and adherence to risk management protocols.

You’ll interact with staff across the park system and help maintain a clean, safe outdoor environment. The position is part-time, outdoor, and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least one year of experience playing soccer.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the soccer fields during practices and games and set up/take down equipment.
• Oversee the first aid station during practice and games.
• Create a safe, engaging environment through soccer activities.
• Complete accident/incident reports and submit to supervisor.
• Interact positively with youth, coaches, parents, and players.
• Communicate with staff, supervisors, coaches, parents and players as needed.
