Job summary

The Kraft Group is seeking an Equipment Supervisor to support day-to-day equipment operations for the First Team, coordinating training preparations, gear distribution, and apparel care. This role partners with coaching, sports performance, athletic training, operations, and facilities to ensure players and staff are fully equipped for performance.

Responsibilities include handling uniforms with heat press equipment, organizing equipment for competitions and travel, and maintaining training gear

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years in equipment role in collegiate, professional, or elite youth soccer or similar.
• Experience managing apparel, footwear, and equipment inventory preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Coaching, Athletic Training, Sports Performance, and Operations staff to execute successful daily training sessions and match preparations.
• Maintain and coordinate daily cleaning, laundering, and preparation of training apparel while supporting laundry operations.
• Track the distribution of apparel and footwear inventory to players, coaches, and staff for accurate issuance and accountability.
• Prepare and customize game uniforms and training apparel using heat press equipment.
• Prepare, pack, and organize equipment for preseason, MLS regular season, U.S. Open Cup, MLS Cup Playoffs, and other team activities.
