Job summary

Kraft Group LLC's Rehabilitation Coordinator/Assistant Athletic Trainer supports the Head Athletic Trainer in daily sports medicine operations for a professional soccer team. This role provides injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation for players according to medical plans.

Under supervision of the CMO and senior staff, you will maintain player health records, manage supplies, ensure HIPAA compliance, and coordinate with performance staff to optimize care and return-to-play

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• DPT degree required.
• 2–4 years of experience in sports medicine preferred.
• Medical soccer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Athletic Trainer with daily sports medicine operations.
• Provide injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation.
• Maintain player health records in EMR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Order, inventory, and manage medical supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with performance staff to plan care for injured players.
• Comply with US Soccer policies and OSHA standards.
