Job summary

Kraft Group LLC is seeking an Equipment Supervisor to support day-to-day equipment operations for the First Team and MLS NEXT Pro. You will coordinate equipment preparation for training and matches, manage apparel and inventory, and collaborate with coaching, performance, athletic training, operations, and facilities staff to keep players and staff equipped for high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of equipment role experience in collegiate, professional, or elite youth soccer.
• Experience using heat press equipment to prepare uniforms preferred.
• Experience managing apparel, footwear, and equipment inventory preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Coaching, Athletic Training, Sports Performance, and Operations staff to execute daily training sessions and match preparations.
• Maintain and coordinate daily cleaning, laundering, and preparation of training apparel and equipment.
• Track distribution of apparel and footwear to players, coaches, and staff.
• Prepare and customize game uniforms and training apparel using heat press equipment.
• Pack and organize equipment for preseason, MLS season, cups, playoffs, and other activities.
• Coordinate setup and organization of locker room equipment for home matches.
• Serve as primary contact for visiting team equipment staff during home matches.
• Maintain, inspect, and store all training equipment for readiness.
• Coordinate with Facilities to maintain training and locker spaces and procure equipment.
• Handle special projects and ensure compliance with confidentiality policies.
