Founded in 2006, CAL Sports Academy provides youth sports instruction, training, leagues, camps, clinics, private training, and athlete development opportunities designed to help young people grow both on and off the field.
Our goal is to create positive, organized, and development focused environments where athletes can improve their soccer skills while building confidence, character, discipline, leadership, teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship.
We believe coaches play an important role in a young athlete’s development. The way a coach teaches, communicates, prepares, leads, and responds to challenges can influence an athlete long after a program or season ends.

Compensation is based on soccer background, coaching experience, teaching ability, qualifications, responsibilities, and overall fit.

Candidates who do not currently possess the required clearances must be willing and able to obtain them before beginning employment.
We want to understand both a candidate’s soccer knowledge and their ability to teach, communicate, organize training, work with young athletes, contribute ideas, and help build quality soccer programming within CAL Sports Academy.
This is an opportunity to do more than coach individual sessions. The right person can help shape how soccer develops within CAL Sports Academy.
We want a coach who understands that player development, preparation, communication, discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, leadership, and character all contribute to long term athlete success.
Our goal is to help young athletes become better soccer players, better teammates, and more confident young people while building soccer programming that can grow alongside them.
