Job summary

Kids United is an in-person, early development soccer center for children aged 1.5 to 10 years old, offering a program that fosters motor and cognitive growth through soccer. Coaches guide sessions, monitor progress, and communicate with parents to highlight each child’s development and goals.

The role supports a team-focused environment with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and emphasizes safety, record-keeping, and active engagement in young athletes’ growth.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of coaching youth soccer or 2-3 years working with children and some experience playing soccer.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work and function in a KIDSUNITED TEAM environment.
• Flexible to work day, evening, and weekend hours as needed.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Experience working with children required.

KIDSUNITED is a soccer center for early development. Our unique training method is intended to develop physical, personal, intellectual abilities and social skills of children from 1.5 to 10 years old. KIDSUNITED not only teaches children how to play soccer; it acts as an early development system, using soccer as the main educational and delivery tool.

As a KidsUnited coach, you will have an opportunity to make a positive impact on children during the most important stage of their development years. Not only will you help children develop, but through our ongoing training, you can reach your full coaching potential.
