Job summary

Kids United is an in-person, early development soccer center for children aged 1.5 to 10 years old, offering a program that fosters motor and cognitive growth through soccer. Coaches guide sessions, monitor progress, and communicate with parents to highlight each child’s development and goals.

The role supports a team-focused environment with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and emphasizes safety, record-keeping, and active engagement in young athletes’ growth.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of coaching youth soccer or 2-3 years working with children and some experience playing soccer.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work and function in a KIDSUNITED TEAM environment.
• Flexible to work day, evening, and weekend hours as needed.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Experience working with children required.

Responsibilities

• Training children ages 1.5-10yrs old, max 12 children per class.
• Capable of following and understanding KidsUnited training sessions.
• Consistently giving parent feedback about their child's progress as well as keeping accurate records of feedback.
• Communicating with parents about the purpose of each session and core focuses.
• Ensure health and safety precautions are observed during all activities.
• Maintaining equipment and keeping the facility clean.
