Job summary

Sporting Kansas City is seeking an Academy Team Administrator to manage day-to-day operations for the U15–U18 groups and assist in the first team and SKC II operations. You will support the Technical Staff, coordinate travel and events, and liaise with families, staff and facilities to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires 1–3 years’ experience in team operations or soccer, a bachelor's degree, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 1–3 years of related experience in team operations or soccer environments is desirable.
• Fluent English (read/write/speak).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for SKC Academy U15–U18 teams.
• Coordinate Academy Center of Excellence programs and budget.
• Plan travel, tryouts, tournaments and events for academy teams.
• Communicate with players, families and staff courteously.
• Register teams for competitions and coordinate facility scheduling.
• Collaborate with front office departments as needed.
• Support residential program and team administration duties.
