Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking an Environmental Project Director specializing in asbestos abatement to fuel business growth across Southern California. You will drive leads, procure high-value projects, and oversee end-to-end execution with a focus on safety and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on estimating and procurement experience, a strong SoCal network, and extensive knowledge of SCAQMD, Cal/OSHA, and EPA regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience estimating and procuring environmental/asbestos abatement projects.
• Demonstrated ability to self-generate sales leads and consistently hit or exceed revenue targets.
• Strong existing network of commercial real estate, insurance, or facility management contacts in Southern California.
• In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal environmental regulations (SCAQMD, Cal/OSHA, EPA).

Responsibilities

• Drive Business Growth: Actively generate your own leads and procure high-value asbestos abatement and environmental restoration projects across SoCal.
• Estimate & Pitch: Prepare accurate, competitive project estimates and present winning proposals to commercial clients, property managers, and facility owners.
• Territory Expansion: Build strong, lasting relationships while collaborating closely with our teams in San Diego, Anaheim, and Oxnard.
• End-to-End Leadership: Oversee projects from procurement through execution, ensuring high safety standards, compliance, and client satisfaction.
