Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 3 Years of Experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in delivering Semiconductor Manufacturing test solutions.
• Deep understanding of SOC Architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop System Level Test (SLT) Test programs from NPI to HVM for Apple SOCs.
• Lead overall deployment of SLT at the OSAT’s.
• Work with internal Test teams for issue diagnosis and resolution.
