Securitas USA in Downtown Seattle seeks an experienced Security Operations Center Specialist (SOC) to join our 24/7 team. You will monitor security systems, research potential threats, and coordinate rapid responses to protect people and assets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of security experience required.
• Able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Remain calm under pressure and vigilant during shift.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgement.
• Strong observational skills and clear communication.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment for employees, customers, and visitors.
• Monitor and respond to security, fire/life safety systems and alarms.
• Uphold company policies, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate and dispatch security rovers and patrols; assess reports.
• Log equipment and keys, including sign-out and return tracking.
• Issue emergency notifications per post orders.
• Protect sensitive information and intellectual property.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Conduct access control at entrances/exits.
• Patrol premises including buildings and parking lots for risks.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and security equipment.
