Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is hiring full-time SOC Security Analysts for a pharmaceutical facility in Gaithersburg, MD. The role involves operating in RSOC/GSOC, ensuring safety and security of people, buildings, and assets.

Responsibilities include incident response, patrols, monitoring cameras and alarms, reporting, and delivering world-class security services across industries; requires at least two years of security experience and ability to work

Qualifications

• Two years of security operations experience or prior 24x7 center work.
• Proficient in safety procedures, incident triage, and reporting.
• Able to operate MS Office and document events clearly.
• Must be able to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and professional discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce safety procedures per site policy.
• Respond to incidents calmly and perform incident triage.
• Conduct regular patrols around client sites and perimeters.
• Execute standard operating procedures in RSOC/GSOC as required.
• Monitor cameras and alarm systems; coordinate responses to incidents.
• Prepare written reports for GPS management on a regular basis.
