Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience in security operations, cyber engineering, or platform management.
Hands-on experience administering and optimising NDR and EDR platforms.
Strong understanding of endpoint telemetry and SOC workflows.
Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and threat-hunting principles.
Experience working within hybrid SOC models (internal + managed service).
Responsibilities
Act as the technical owner for SOC systems, ensuring operational coverage.
Maintain the infrastructure, planning upgrades and configuration changes.
Tune detection logic and response policies to reduce false positives.
Collaborate with SOC analysts for effective detection and triage.
Track detection efficacy, platform uptime, and configuration metrics.
