Job summary

Intel Corporation in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a SoC Logic Design Engineer to create and integrate high‑quality logic for Xeon server SoCs and IPs. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure functional correctness, verify designs, and support integration on cutting EDGE technology.

You will partner with the DCG group to advance data center hardware, work with RTL, verification, and physical design teams, and apply industry tools to deliver robust, efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with 6+ months hands-on experience.
• 3+ months of experience with IC/SoC design or integration concepts.
• 3+ months of experience with tools such as Synopsys Core tools, VCS, Modelsim, Synopsys Design Compiler, Spyglass, or Lint.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the SoC integration team to develop and integrate logic designs for components and fabric.
• Partner with the SoC validation team to identify and resolve bugs for RTL and tiles.
• Work closely with the physical design and architecture teams to maintain architectural accuracy during implementation.
• Perform design checks to ensure compliance with design standards and best practices.
