ShorePoint, LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a seasoned SOC Project Manager - SOC Lead (Secret Clearance) to direct 24x7 security operations for enterprise environments. You will oversee incident response, coordinate cross-team efforts, and ensure alignment with NIST CSF across on-prem and cloud assets.

With deep hands-on experience in SIEMs like Splunk, incident management via ServiceNow, and collaboration with government partners, you will shape our SOC strategy, performance metrics, and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years managing SOC operations and incident response for enterprise environments.
• 5+ years leading hybrid on-premises/cloud SOCs with full NIST CSF coverage.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks and processes.

Mansioni

• Lead a 24x7 SOC for enterprise environments and ensure coverage for all shifts.
• Coordinate task execution across sub-task leads to achieve objectives.
• Oversee integration of on-premises and cloud-based SOC capabilities.
• Communicate SOC performance to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure SOC operations align with NIST CSF: Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, Recover.
• Manage coverage for specific customer offices with staggered shifts.
• Act as Incident Commander for major incidents and coordinate multi-team response.
• Coordinate government notifications and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain incident playbooks, lifecycle documentation, and reporting templates.
• Oversee reporting to federal oversight bodies and ensure proper postings.
