Cayuse Holdings is seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst to monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents in a 24/7 SOC environment. You will handle alarms, incidents, and communications while escalating issues per SOPs to protect personnel and facilities.

The role requires 1–3 years in SOC/Dispatch plus Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance and U.S. citizenship, with strong communication and multitasking skills in a high-stress setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Top Secret /SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• US Citizenship required.
• 1–3 years in SOC/Dispatch/Monitoring; DoD/IC/Federal background preferred.
• Experience with Lenel/CCure/Genetec/Honeywell or similar systems.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.
• Excellent communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and operate security systems (access control, CCTV, alarms, radios).
• Assess and respond to security incidents in real time.
• Dispatch personnel and coordinate emergency response.
• Maintain incident logs and shift documentation.
• Badge verification and visitor access coordination.
• Communicate with Government personnel and internal stakeholders.
• Escalate incidents per SOPs and contractual requirements.
• Maintain situational awareness across multiple facilities.
• Support continuity of operations during emergencies.
• Adhere to security, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
