Cayuse Holdings seeks a SOC Analyst to monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents in a 24/7 SOC environment. You will handle alarms, incidents, and communications, escalated as required by SOPs, while supporting multiple security systems across facilities.

The role requires DoD/IC security experience, TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, and a strong focus on accuracy, teamwork, and professional conduct within a secure operational environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years in SOC/Dispatch/Watch Officer/Monitoring environment.
• Experience with DoD, IC, or Federal security operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with government security protocols and post orders.
• Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Valid state driver's license in good standing.
• Background checks will be conducted. TAPAS assessment may be required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and operate security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, alarms, radios, telephony).
• Receive, assess, document and respond to security incidents in real time.
• Dispatch security personnel and coordinate emergency response.
• Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and shift documentation.
• Perform badge verification and visitor access coordination.
• Communicate with Government personnel, first responders, and internal stakeholders.
• Escalate incidents per SOPs and contractual requirements.
• Maintain situational awareness across multiple facilities and systems.
