Responsibilities
  • Manage front-end silicon program schedules and resolve technical issues to enable timely silicon delivery for next-generation Apple products.
  • Assist in managing the development process for SoC silicon, focusing on architecture, specifications, design, and pre-silicon prototyping.
  • Develop scripts and automation for scalable SOC methodologies, including HW-SW integration and data delivery.
  • Evaluate and improve existing processes and methodologies.
  • Coordinate with multi-functional teams: Design, Verification, Validation, Technology, System Hardware, Operations, and Software.
  • Manage dependencies across programs, teams, and sites.
  • Report issues, track bugs, and communicate program risks and status effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in SoC/VLSI Chip Design, ASIC Chip Design, or process development.
  • Experience in integrating Hardware/Software or Hardware/Firmware development.
  • Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in dynamic engineering environments, multitasking, and crisis management.
  • Proven ability to lead project development with well-defined metrics.
  • Technical Program, Project Management, or Functional Management experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, including executive communication.
  • Experience with ASIC & VLSI design flows and leading silicon projects from concept to production.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Confluence and JIRA.
  • Knowledge of IP-XACT as an IP exchange format.
Pay & Benefits

Apple offers a total compensation package, with a base pay range of $136,300 to $248,700, depending on skills, experience, and location. Employees can participate in stock programs, purchase stock at a discount, and receive benefits such as medical and dental coverage, retirement plans, educational reimbursement, and more.
