Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of hands-on cybersecurity/SOC experience.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Panorama.
• Experience with EDR/XDR platforms across endpoints.
• Experience tuning email security platforms (Proofpoint, Mimecast, DoE, Abnormal).
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, AD/Identity concepts, and MITRE ATT&CK.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily SOC monitoring, alert triage, log analysis, and incident investigations.
• Drive incident response from detection through root-cause remediation and post-incident reporting.
• Manage Palo Alto firewalls, SSL decryption, and App-ID/User-ID configurations.
• Oversee endpoint protection deployment, health, and policy tuning across devices.
• Oversee email gateway security to detect phishing, BEC, and malicious content.
• Refine SIEM/XDR alerts and automate incident response playbooks.
• Perform vulnerability scans and coordinate patching with IT operations.
