Job summary

Levelociti is seeking a remote Senior Security Engineer to join its MSSP-focused team. The role emphasizes hands-on work with Palo Alto Cortex XDR/XSIAM, building automated workflows, and integrating security platforms across customer environments.

The candidate should have a strong security operations background, experience in SIEM/EDR/XDR, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Prior MSSP or consulting exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Cortex XDR and XSIAM.
• Experience building automated workflows, playbooks, or integrations using security automation tools such as Power Automate.
• Solid understanding of security operations, SIEM, EDR/XDR, threat detection and incident response.
• Experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise security platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams remotely.
• Experience in MSSP/MSP/VAR or consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and support security platforms, primarily Cortex XDR/XSIAM.
• Design and build automated workflows, playbooks, and integrations.
• Identify opportunities to automate security processes and improve threat detection.
• Support integrations across endpoint security, SIEM, SOAR, and other tech.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize configurations for customers.
• Collaborate with security engineering and managed services teams on customer environments.
