Job summary

GoSecure is seeking a SOC Manager to lead the Security Operations Center's daily functions, driving efficiency, scalability, and AI-enabled improvements. You will guide incident response, threat detection, and client-facing engagements while mentoring staff and coordinating with engineering.

You will work to improve operations through automation, SOAR, and analytics, ensuring measurable value for clients and robust security postures across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Mandatory bilingualism: French AND English.
• Strong leadership and people management experience in a security operations environment.
• Experience with SIEMs and security analytics platforms.
• Hands-on experience with security automation and orchestration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day SOC functions including monitoring, detection, investigation and incident response.
• Collaborate with Engineering to integrate internal technologies into SOC workflows.
• Mentor and develop SOC team members and roadmaps.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled improvements across SOC processes and reporting.
• Provide senior client-facing leadership and guidance on security operations.
