Job summary

Replit, a leading software creation platform, seeks a Security Operations Lead to steer a 24/7 SOC in a cloud-rich, AI-driven environment. You will oversee multi-cloud monitoring, SIEM ownership, detection engineering, and proactive threat response while driving innovative AI-enabled security solutions.

You’ll collaborate with Cloud Security, SRE, Compliance, IT, and Engineering to scale detections, automate triage, and strengthen telemetry across Cloud, SaaS, and endpoints.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Security Operations (leadership role preferred).
• Experience with 24/7 SOC operations (in-house, hybrid, or MSSP).
• Strong SIEM experience with cloud and endpoint telemetry.
• Deep understanding of cloud security monitoring (GCP required; AWS/Azure preferred).
• Proficiency with MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat intel.

Responsibilities

• Lead global SOC team, 24/7 monitoring, triage, escalation, and alignment.
• Evaluate and integrate AI-native SOC technologies for detection and triage.
• Own SIEM ecosystem: ingestion, normalization, correlation, dashboards and metrics.
• Develop high-fidelity detections for cloud, identity, SaaS, and endpoints.
• Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and remediation planning.
