Job summary

Clinisol Tech Inc. is seeking a Cyber Security SOC Analyst II. You will monitor, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity threats while supporting incident response and strengthening the organization's overall security posture.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience and familiarity with EDR platforms, SIEM tools, and security log analysis. Collaboration with IT and security teams is essential to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, IT, CS, or related field.
• 0–2 years in IT Help Desk/Desktop Support/SOC/Incident Response.
• Experience with EDR, SIEM, and security log analysis.
• Strong networking, Active Directory, Windows security, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate security alerts with EDR tools.
• Analyze phishing, malware, and suspicious network activity.
• Perform triage, investigation, containment, and escalation.
• Use SIEM, Wireshark, and AD tools to support investigations.
• Document incidents and map findings to the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to improve detection and response.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Sysmon logs, VirusTotal, and SPL/KQL.
