Job summary

Entelligence is seeking a Security Automation Consultant to support Cortex XSIAM engagements. You will work with a cross-functional team, design automation playbooks, and guide client integrations to improve alert handling efficiency and accuracy.

You will document SIEM aspects, demonstrate playbooks, travel up to 10% for customer workshops, and ensure alignment with customer requirements and best practices. Fluent English and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent are required.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and integrating SOAR platforms in enterprise environments.
• Ability to define, create, and automate SOC processes with playbooks.
• Strong knowledge of security concepts, frameworks, and compliance standards.
• Experience with incident response including triage, investigation and remediation.
• Expertise in API integration and connecting security tools to platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the technical lead to define a clear SOC automation process.
• Share automation best practices and playbook design expertise.
• Assist clients in connecting security tooling to Cortex XSIAM via Cortex Marketplace.
• Develop playbooks reflecting design briefs and customer requirements.
• Demonstrate playbooks and explain the tasks performed.
• Articulate the value of integrations and guide configuration.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to drive product adoption.
• Produce technical documentation on SIEM aspects of the engagement.
• Travel to customer meetings and workshops as needed (10%).
