Phoenix Software seeks a SOC Analyst to join our Security Operation Centre environment as a first line responder to incidents triggered by security toolsets. This is a shift-based role including nights and weekends, with onboarding on-site in the UK.

You will respond to technical security inquiries, perform threat hunting, and document incidents and metrics for SOC management. SIEM tools (Microsoft Sentinel) and Azure experience are preferred, along with ITSM familiarity.

Formación

• Must have an infrastructure and network background with security qualifications.
• Experience with SIEM tools, preferably Microsoft Sentinel.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience working with ITSM.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shift patterns, including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to technical security inquiries and manage tickets in the SOC.
• Conduct proactive threat hunting and assist in Threat Intelligence.
• Document incidents, create use cases, dashboards and automation.
