• Minimum 1 year of directly related SOC or help desk experience.
• Active DOE security clearance and US citizenship required.
• Proficient in PC operations, OS, networks, and MS Office.
• Ability to type 35 WPM and work 24/7 shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and in-person support for security incidents.
• Document issues in the ticketing system and knowledgebase.
• Assist in development, testing, and implementation of solutions.
• Support 24/7 SOC operations and escalate as needed.
• Identify customer information accurately and meet productivity metrics.
