Assignments may include day, evening, weekend, hybrid, or online courses. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in the discipline or 18 graduate hours, and experience with Moodle/Canvas.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the discipline, OR Master’s degree with 18 graduate hours in the discipline.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Field; relevant industry certifications and licenses.
• College-level teaching experience.
• Experience with Moodle, Canvas, or other LMS.
• Demonstrated commitment to student success.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned SOC courses in-person, aligning with departmental outcomes and policies.
• Develop and deliver engaging instruction using current teaching methodologies and learning technologies.
• Provide students with clear instructions and return graded work with meaningful feedback within one week of due date.
