Cirrascale Cloud Services in Austin, TX seeks a detail-oriented Quality and Compliance Specialist to manage Vanta, maintain compliance readiness, and drive SOC 2 and ISO/CMMC efforts. You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Data Center, and leadership to address gaps and ensure security posture.

The role emphasizes collecting evidence, coordinating audits, and ensuring timely remediation across the business management system and security controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal audits of policies, procedures and work instructions (ISO 9001, SOC 2 or similar).
• Ability to follow up on audit findings with objective evidence of compliance.
• Understanding of quality principles and how they meet customer specifications.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day administration and management of Vanta.
• Collect evidence and follow up on outstanding compliance requirements.
• Coordinate SOC 2 and audit readiness activities with ISO/CMMC/FedRAMP scopes.
• Track controls, testing requirements, exceptions, and remediation.
• Maintain organized audit records and coordinate with leadership.
