Job summary

Ataccama is seeking a security compliance leader to oversee SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits, and to drive the GRC program across the organization. Reporting to the CISO, you will collaborate with Cloud, IT, Engineering, and Product teams to implement and monitor controls.

You will build an ISMS, coordinate audits, and ensure regulatory alignment for customers worldwide, with proactive monitoring and automated evidence collection.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk and compliance (GRC).
• Experience implementing ISMS and security controls.
• Ability to coordinate audits with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the security compliance team.
• Develop and maintain Ataccama's ISMS and GRC program.
• Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and internal teams.
• Automate monitoring, reporting, and evidence collection.
