The SOAR Instructor (Adjunct) will provide engaging, supportive, and student-centered instruction to adults with intellectual and physical disabilities enrolled in the SOAR program. This role focuses on teaching functional academic skills, vocational skill development, and self‑advocacy strategies that support student success in the classroom, workplace, and community. The SOAR Instructor will monitor student progress, document performance, and complete all program-related records and reports required by the Program Director to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
